Founded in 1975 by Andrea Santoni and his wife Rosa in Corridonia, Italy—a town celebrated for its shoemaking heritage—Santoni began as a small workshop producing high-quality men's shoes. Andrea, with nearly two decades of experience in the industry, was committed to creating shoes that epitomised Italian artistry and precision. His vision was to blend traditional techniques with innovative design to produce footwear that was both elegant and enduring Vousten Sports.
In the 1990s, under the leadership of their son Giuseppe Santoni, the brand expanded internationally, establishing a presence in key markets such as Japan, China, and Europe. Giuseppe, who took over as CEO in 1990, has been instrumental in transforming Santoni into a global luxury brand while maintaining its artisanal roots .
