Total Luxury Spa (TLS) is a Los Angeles–based fashion and art collective founded in the early 2010s by Daniel Desure (of Commonwealth Projects). The brand blurs the boundaries between streetwear, activism, and community storytelling, using clothing as a platform for social awareness, local narratives, and cultural dialogue.
Rather than following fashion trends, TLS focuses on message-driven design — their collections often feature graphic T-shirts, hoodies, and accessories that explore themes such as race, inequality, ecology, and urban identity. Collaborations are central to their approach, including projects with MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles), The Underground Museum, MICA (Maryland Institute College of Art), and Brain Dead.
Each piece often connects to a deeper narrative or historical reference — highlighting overlooked voices, neighbourhoods, or social issues in Los Angeles and beyond.
