VFILES launched in 2012 with the mission to demolish the opportunity gap, build open-source creativity, and invent a creative democracy. In 2021 VFILES pivoted into a non-profit organisation, the VFILES Foundation, with a simple goal – to empower creative change makers who can impact systemic change. The non-profit invests in creators from underrepresented communities to enable socioeconomic mobility and empower sustainable wealth creation. The four programs – LAB, DISCOVERY, ACADEMY, V.I.A. – are the pillars to tangibly productize opportunity and help our community propel culture forward.
The VFILES Foundation curates artist showcases, providing a platform for fashion and music artistry to be heard, seen and experienced by peers, industry leaders, and a generation of admirers in search of inspiration.
We know that meaningful expressions of love and support have a powerful impact. As a vital bridge between creators and global markets, VFILES is dedicated to increasing business ownership and economic mobility for young creators in underrepresented communities.
